So I decided to try a new p90x routine today. Went with legs and back since I still dont have weights for the chest and arms routines. I dont have a pull up bar yet (ya like i could do a pull up right now if my life depended on it) so I just did different kinds of pushups while the people on the picture box did their thing. For craps sake my legs are wobbly right now. I thought I would have done better since its mostly different lunges and weightless squats but damn.. On the up side I always have new goals to try and attain.
I did get some Perfect Pushups from my friend Terry at work yesterday. Im still a bit off from being able to use them at full capacity but ill get there(another goal). The scale in the bathroom said 332.6 this morning. Another lb or so down. I think what im going to do from here on out is periodically check my weight but on the first and 15th of every month ill document it (ive started a graph)so Ill have a bi monthly total to track my progress. Also now that im at almost a month into this exercise thing im going to switch to weekly blog posts instead of daily (unless something crazy happens or i get a wild hair up my butt. Time to get ready for the day. Cheers all!
